And as we roll into another month our focus creeps towards wellness, staving off incoming chill.
It was at this time of year that I composed HIRAETH. At its heart I planted a heavy dose of rose and frankincense oil to instil calm, fend off creeping negativity.
For within the beauty and isolation of this very special landscape I call home, whilst you enjoy immeasurable solitude, you don’t want to veer towards loneliness.
